@jasminedotiwala Pete Davidson lived for years making jokes about his dad dying in 9/11. He's also been on roasts before and people made joke, not only about his dad dying, but also about how Pete always makes jokes about his dad dying.

This was not horrible but not great. Disappointing. And of course kevin hart would be the first ROASTEE to do a skit and monolog to open the show plus hold a live mic for the entire roast. #KevinHartRoast

@JessfromTO It could have and should have been way better. Shane gillis was not funny at all. The usher thing got old quick and kevin hart did a monolog to open the roast which has never been done before so the first 20 minutes of the roast were boring.
