MAHE is all set to embark on Aati da Tulu Parba 2026—a month-long cultural initiative dedicated to preserving, promoting, and celebrating the rich heritage of Tulunadu.

Aati is a significant month in the Tulu calendar, reflecting a deep connection with nature, tradition, and community. Through a series of thoughtfully curated events and activities, the MAHE community will immerse itself in the region's unique customs, folklore, art, cuisine, and cultural practices, fostering a deeper appreciation for our hyperlocal identity.

Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) is proud to announce a landmark collaboration with New York-based Helogen Corporation to advance space-based biomedical research.

This partnership marks a significant step toward exploring human biology in microgravity, with a focus on organoid research, including muscle growth and bone loss studies, paving the way for breakthroughs in both space medicine and healthcare on Earth.

As part of this collaboration, MAHE will lead the space biology component by designing experiments aligned with India’s evolving human spaceflight ambitions, including the proposed Bharatiya Antariksh Station. The initiative will focus on scalable and repeatable research with strong clinical and industrial applications.

By combining MAHE’s expertise in organoid research with Helogen Corporation’s innovation in space biotechnology, this collaboration reinforces MAHE’s commitment to pioneering interdisciplinary research with global impact.
