इस बार के CS Prelims में पूछे गए सवालों को लेकर तमाम तरह की चर्चाओं के बीच UPSC Chairman अजय कुमार की तरफ से भी टिप्पणी आई है।

उन्होंने कहा है कि UPSC के ज्यादातर answers standard textbooks, सरकारी वेबसाइट्स, सरकारी प्रेस रिलीज और प्रतिष्ठित समाचार पत्रों जैसे स्रोतों पर आधारित हैं -यानी वही core sources, जिन पर गंभीर aspirants भरोसा करते हैं।

मतलब, पेपर उतना भी रैंडम नहीं था जितना समझा जा रहा था, और शायद यही ट्रेंड आगे भी देखने को मिले।

CISF Foils Attempt to Smuggle Medicines Worth ₹18 Lakhs at IGI Airport

On 26th September 2025, alert CISF personnel at Terminal-3, IGI Airport, New Delhi, detected suspicious behaviour of an international passenger during departure checks.

Upon further surveillance CISF officials intercepted the passenger and conducted a detailed baggage examination, which led to the recovery of assorted medicines and injections worth approximately ₹18 lakhs.

As the passenger failed to furnish valid documents, both the individual and the seized consignment were handed over to the concerned agency for further legal action.

फर्जीवाड़ा कम करने के उपाय

1. डिजिटल स्क्रूटनी सिस्टम

आवेदन का डेटा IT Dept, बैंक, भूलेख, नगर निगम टैक्स रिकॉर्ड से ऑटोमैटिक मैच कराया जाए।
अगर रिकॉर्ड मेल न खाए तो केस मैनुअल वेरिफिकेशन में जाए।
2. कठोर दंड का प्रावधान

फर्जी प्रमाण पत्र पर जुर्माना + लाभ वापस करना + 5 साल तक किसी भी सरकारी योजना से ब्लैकलिस्ट।

संबंधित अधिकारी जो जांच में लापरवाही करे, उस पर भी कार्रवाई।
3. वार्षिक पुन: सत्यापन (Re-Verification)

एक बार EWS प्रमाण पत्र मिलने के बाद भी हर साल आय और संपत्ति का पुनः सत्यापन किया जाए।
4. जन-जागरूकता
लोगों को समझाया जाए कि फर्जीवाड़ा असली गरीबों का हक़ मारता है, और पकड़े जाने पर कानूनी कार्रवाई होगी।
