@DetroitOnLion having one of them play the Thursday prior is also an option. It's not as big of a deal as some people make it out to be. If anything, I'd volunteer to be the team who plays on a Thursday before a Weds Thanksgiving Eve. Preferable.

yes for sure ... good point. Vikings were not only an early participant but now a frequent one. Have gotten help from other clubs, for sure, but are also a good resource for later adopters / participants. From what I recall, ownership is keen on involvement in growing the game internationally (and making $$, rightfully so).

@JasonHarmonNFL was in my 4th season with the club that year. Was told about the trade the night prior so we could prep announcement and content for the next day. Literally didn't sleep that night because I was so excited about knowing in advance and about what it meant for the team!

Have opened at home just twice in the last 5 years and not since 2023.

Even though ATL was the home opener (Week 2) last year, they are an attractive option for this year ... Stefanski, Tua vs. Flores, lots of offensive firepower.
