Fuel used to cost Ghc16/ Ghc17 per liter 5 months ago.

Now fuel dey cost Ghc11 per liter.

And new tax of Ghc1 to be paid per liter.

The simple meaning is new price is = Current cost of Fuel per liter + New tax levy.

Ghc11 + Ghc1 = Ghc12
