Our client acquired a small site in South East London that was formerly used as a garage/joinery workshop. The original building has been demolished, and our client wants to build a studio flat for his teenage son. This is our proposal.

Our Client asked us to help him convert a disused storage unit annexed to his main dwelling, into a well considered two bedroom flat. This unit is located atop a low hill, and nestled deep within all the gardens of four cul-de-sacs.

The ground floor is open plan, and offers a generous split level double height living room, a kitchen and dining area, a we and private guest room with en suite and a secluded terrace.. There is a spacious covered external area that provides a welcome point of rest from the sun.
