@AndyKavanagh93 Not actually defending the act. Its the expectation of jail time that I'm questioning.
It wouldn't be normal for a 20yr old (at time of incident) 1st time offender, with good character ref, to get jail for similar incident. Regardless of whether they could hurl or not.
