YES FUCK IT I LOVE AVATAR, I LOVE AVATARS PAVI, AND NISHA, AND KORRA, AND AANG. I WON’T ACCEPT ANY SLANDER TOWARDS ANY OF THEM BECAUSE THEY’RE ALL MY GOATS
@movinsturdyy@MarcelAnxiouus@Pavisgeet Right u incels are so right! Korra is a bad avatar because she used the avatar state to win a race against kids!! This obviously makes her weaker than aang. Even though aang can't take a hit without being knocked out 😭your comparisons have no real value 😭😂
@koriandrian@himejoshiblog Genuinely I think they believe they have a point of good nature but their point is blatant mysogony. Tell me how aang said be alpha violent male?
@movinsturdyy@MarcelAnxiouus@Pavisgeet The race really has y'all in a chokehold. I don't even think genora was that upset 😭😭 she had just learned airbending and was her weakest element. What is your point?🤡🤡
@mxyzzyxM@PhenomenalJnr You're saying you would use the same element. Your enemies can bend? Please make some sense in that scrambled egg brain you have
@MarcelAnxiouus@Pavisgeet Aang is my childhood bestie but korra taught how to stand up for yourself! And she was hated for it! TLOK took the concepts to a deeper darker reality than ATLA did or attempted to. Watching the new series specifically to know how Korra died bc low-key mad she didn't die happy!!
@MarcelAnxiouus@Pavisgeet Someone was telling me he collapsed because the air was thin 😂🤪🤦🏽♂️ BABES HES AN AIRBENDER?!! they will allow thin air to the reason aang isn't strong but won't let vaatu be the reason Korra was severed from the avatar cycle
I’m not exaggerating when I say Legend of Korra is groundbreaking. For an animated television series targeted at kids and already had a great predecessor, it could have just been so cliche, yet it took genuinely bold and very creative decisions. A near perfect TV show!
the creators of avatar literally had to get on the internet to tell yall to stop being misogynistic and homophobic towards korra and stop with the unrealistic standards and yall STILL arguing
Janet Varney, voice of Korra, had an emotional response to Korra being seen as humanity's destroyer in the first episode of Avatar: Seven Havens.
“I sobbed through this pilot episode. I was shattered. I cannot emphasize it enough. I finished it, and my partner was like, ‘So?’ And I was like, ‘I can’t even tell you what happened. I’m so upset, crying.’
And I was like, ‘I’m so worried about all the people that love Korra and already defend Korra.’ And I had to go back and watch with fresh eyes after I had deeply grieved.
I know we don’t know what will happen, and I want people to keep the faith, but who knows? But just for me, watching children talk about her as if she’s a monster was heartbreaking. I mean, it really hurt.
I’m not her, but I know what she means to some people, and it just really hurt.”
