Here are my National League Predictions: June Edition
Before the "Why are you making predictions in June" people come at me, it's just a bit of fun, chill out π
Here is a Montage of some of the new Woking striker Josh Ayres' Goals from the 25/26 season:
He scored a combined 7 goals in 14 games for Rotherham in the EFL Trophy and Alfrelton (NLN).
The 20 year old proving himself to be a difficult man to handle in the air βοΈ
π¨π£οΈ Florentino Perez: "On Tuesday we will make an offer of more than 150 million euros for a player who plays in the Champions League. It will be the most expensive signing in the history of Real Madrid."
"The signing isn't Olise, nor Haaland. It will be another who plays from midfield upwards."
decent player and all but I think we could do better, and should be doing better if we want playoffs.
Jack Nolan - Very kind of Dan to think we could entice Nolan to the club, would take him every day of the week. Surely will have EFL interest.
My takes for the Woking suggestions:
Coxe - Good player but already signed Zico and have Hinds, don't really need a third RB
Allarakhia - Already played for us in the past, bit of a waste of time back then, end product still doesn't impress me now.
Harris - He's a... (Next)
During our most recent podcast, the chaps each picked one free agent for each National League club - that they should sign this summer.
Remember this is a bit of fun BUT what do you make of their suggestions?

@HeedQuarters Because a lot of them were signed mid season it's still early days as you don't truly know whether some of them are good, or that they looked good because of the momentum they had. If you had kept Elliott I'd have had you top half, but I'm pretty concerned for Gateshead now.
@trainspott2165@LeoPaterson7 Will probably be three points for you. Three things are guaranteed in life, death, taxes, and Woking losing away at Wealdstone π
@HeedQuarters I think Elliott's departure will wipe away any confidence the squad built during last season's mega run. I think a return of the Gateshead pre-Elliott is likely.
@JSWC1995@GeorgeBarker93 We are also strengthening, and we have a much stronger core to begin with than almost every other team that finished outside the playoffs.
@GeorgeBarker93@JSWC1995 We finished 10th whilst being held back by Negative Neal. What makes you think that we will be worse now that we have been freed from him?
@MikeEwins I don't think so. Boreham Wood will lose Abdulmalik and maybe Brunt. Scunthorpe have lost Roberts, FGR are too chaotic to put together 100 points and Southend need a rebuild. I don't see anyone else being able to get close to 100 points.
@FPLAsh86 I think we would beat them on Pens. 6/8 of the last meetings between Woking and Southend have been draws, and we have Will JÀÀskelÀinen so we would win a shootout.
@fullgason@daverigg If you chuck enough mud at the wall, it'll stick. Sure you'll pay over the odds for some bad players but you'll also sign some very good players, like Linney
@daverigg You've got one of the best squads in the division already, plus a top 2 budget, with a manager who knows how to play attacking football and has won a league title before. I think you'll clean up.
