🚨SADISTIC: Trump just said he’d deny FEMA funding for storm-ravaged North Carolina if the Republican lost.
“If Michael loses, I’m not sending it, okay?”
Threatening disaster aid is fucking sick.
Trump just posted this AI video of himself replacing the Lake Ontario sign with a “Lake America” sign.
I’ll never understand how 77 million people voted for this buffoon.
“Who the f*** do you think you were for doing that?” Sen. Bernie Moreno (R-OH) tells Dr. Anthony Fauci during his Senate testimony on Wednesday after recounting the time a mother and her family were arrested and charged with criminal trespassing at a junior high football game during the COVID-19 pandemic for not leaving after being asked to wear masks.
Fauci continued to invoke his Fifth Amendment rights.
Democrats forced Graham Platner to step down over serious allegations - but when Max Miller faces serious allegations of throwing boiling water on his ex-wife, beating her, holding a gun to her head and breaking his 2yo daughter’s collarbone - Republicans do nothing.
🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent was filmed sitting on top of a man and repeatedly punching him in the head during an arrest in Plainfield, New Jersey.
In the video, three ICE agents are already on top of the man. One agent is holding his legs, another is sitting on him, and a third is restraining his arms and putting him in handcuffs.
Then, the agent sitting on him starts punching him directly in the head.
The man has one hand handcuffed and is using his other hand to try to shield his head from the punches.
The person filming yells, “Hey!”
The agent looks directly at them… And then seconds later punches the man in the head AGAIN.
ICE agents do NOT get unlimited permission to beat someone just because they are arresting them.
The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable force during an arrest. That means ICE agents cannot just use whatever amount of force they want because they are making an arrest.
ICE’s own detention standards say force is supposed to be limited to what is necessary to gain control, and explicitly state that physical force or restraints are not to be used as punishment.
Looking at the video it appears the agents have control of the man…
The man was already partially handcuffed and was using his free hand to try to protect his head from being punched.
So why is an agent repeatedly punching him in the head?
This is another agent that needs to be investigated…
Because being arrested does not mean you lose your right to be free from excessive force.
Native Americans are protesting after ICE detained 4 Oglala Sioux tribal members in Minneapolis.
The original Americans are getting treated like “illegal aliens” by masked federal agents.
My Republican colleagues love to accuse Democrats of Trump Derangement Syndrome.
But the real Trump derangement is from Republicans, who swallow all of their pride to satiate the insecure, narcissist in the White House who needs to have everything named after him.
Sad, really.
🤬🤬🤬 "Just don't do anything stupid" It’s the riders who should be on TV, not you!

Border Patrol pulls over a 20-year-old in Slidell, LA for “white lights on the back of your vehicle… your reverse lights are on the whole time.”
Then, before writing a single ticket, the agent asks: “What’s your citizenship?”
The driver, Alan Laureano, was born in Slidell. His passenger — his 13-year-old stepbrother — was born in Pearl River, Louisiana. Both are U.S. citizens.
Didn’t matter. Twice, on camera, the agent tells Laureano he’s going to “check” the kid and “if he’s illegal, I will take him.”
He tries to open the 13-year-old’s car door himself. Laureano locks it and rolls the window down instead.
The agent then interrogates the child directly — full name, spelling, date of birth, birthplace — while Laureano stands his ground and refuses to hand over his own ID, telling the agent he doesn’t have the right to stop him over a taillight.
Immigration attorney Michael Gahagan reviewed the video and called it what it is: “an illegal detention.” Border Patrol isn’t authorized to detain someone over a traffic violation — they need independent reasonable suspicion of an immigration violation, and that has to come first, not get invented after the stop.
DHS’s after-the-fact statement claims the stop was based on “reasonable suspicion or probable cause of federal law violations” — but doesn’t say what that violation was. WWL Louisiana asked twice. No answer either time.
This is the pattern: pretext stop, pivot to citizenship, threaten a kid with removal before confirming anything. It only looks “routine” until you’re the one being asked to prove you belong in the country you were born in.
During a protest outside a home being raided by ICE in Minneapolis, an autistic woman drove onto a blocked street trying to get to a doctor’s appointment.
ICE agents smashed her car windows, cut off her seatbelt, pulled her out, and arrested her
The residents of South Burlington,Vermont were seeing ICE not only randomly snatching brown people off their streets with no body cams or Identification, but also breaking into homes without a legal signed Judicial Warrant so they decided that they would fight back against them.
ICE smashed the window of a disabled Iraq War veteran, on his way to work, pepper-sprayed him, dragged him out at gunpoint, and locked him up for three days without charges.
This is fascism.
https://t.co/du9bv2U4pY confirms that George Retes is a citizen, a disabled U.S. Army veteran who served his country in Iraq.
Federal agents smashed his truck window, sprayed him with chemical agents, detained him for three days, denied him contact with his family, and released him without charges. He missed his daughter’s third birthday while sitting in a cell.
No person on American soil should fear being treated this way, least of all a citizen and veteran at the hands of his own government. A nation that can do this to a U.S. citizen and veteran can do it to anyone.

Ventura, California: ICE Agent Attempts to Illegally Restrict Public Access
An ICE agent tried to unlawfully restrict a citizen from walking through a public lobby in a Ventura County government building.
When the citizen refused to leave the public space, the agent attempted to use intimidation by citing 18 U.S.C. 111. That specific federal statute makes it a crime to physically assault or forcibly impede a federal officer. The citizen immediately called the bluff, correctly stating that peacefully observing and recording from a distance does not meet the legal definition of interference.
This is a classic example of enforcement agents throwing out legal jargon to shut down civilian oversight. Knowing the actual law is your best defense against intimidation.
Keep your eyes open. Keep the camera rolling.
