Don't think marriage is what you see in pictures on Instagram. It's hard work, a lot of sacrifice as well as give and take. Prepare to commit!

Before u for win u for pass through pain - Sakordie. Pain is pivotal to success. People who transmute their pain into ugliness are probably naive. Pain is part of life especially if it's being felt while putting effort into one’s craft.
I think communication as a skill is so underrated. Not to blow my trumpet, but I see people spend 5 mins explaining sth they could have explained in one minute or less. When I want to be salty, I respond with; do you mean to say xxx, saying the straight to the point version?
As I ponder Cipolla’s Laws of Human Stupidity, I wonder why we ignore taking care of our health.
Failure to take care of our health isn't just personal, it's a social liability.
Carlo M. Cipolla’s 5 Basic Laws of Human Stupidity explain human behaviour in a way that maps uncannily well onto why people neglect their health.
Here’s how they align:
Cipolla’s Laws — Through the lens of @WakaCommunity
1. Everyone underestimates the number of stupid people
In health terms, this is the sheer number of people who:
Know smoking, inactivity, poor diet, and lack of sleep are harmful
Yet continue anyway
Not from ignorance alone — but from consistent disregard for longterm consequences.
2. Stupidity is independent of education, intelligence, or status
You see this clearly when:
Doctors don’t exercise
Executives don’t sleep
Academics eat terribly
Young folks feel invincible.
Health neglect cuts across all classes, cultures, and IQ levels.
3. A stupid person causes harm to others while gaining nothing
Health neglect rarely stays personal:
Poor lifestyle → burdened families
Preventable illness → overwhelmed healthcare systems
Low vitality → reduced productivity and leadership impact
The individual gains nothing, and everyone pays the price. Same with most insurance premiums. Actuarial scientists are you following.
4. Non-stupid people underestimate the damage stupid people cause
This is huge in public health.
People think:
“It’s their body, their choice.” Woke philosophy.
But in reality:
Chronic disease costs are socialized
Sick leaders make poor decisions
Inactive parents pass habits to children
The ripple effect is massive and underestimated.
5. Stupid people are more dangerous than bandits/ terrorists
A bandit/terrorist knows they’re taking a risk.
A health-negligent person:
Ignores warnings
Rejects prevention
Resists behavior change
…and does so consistently, confidently, and repeatedly, often while dismissing those who advocate wellness as “extreme” or “alarmist.”
The @WakaCommunity Perspective 🟡⚫
This is where Waka Community International Foundation stands apart.
Waka isn’t about perfection — it’s about:
Daily walking (wakaing)
Eating in small portions
Hydration
Sleep adequately
Strength training to prevent #sarcopenia
In Cipolla’s framework, @WakaCommunity helps people move from:
Stupidity → Awareness
Inertia → Action
Short-term comfort → Long-term vitality
