I’ve been critical for years on how god awful cannabis stocks investor relations have been over the years GlassHouse $GLAS is the personification of that failure. Neither Graham, Kyle or its public Twitter page have said anything since September through a 70% drawdown. Wild
This sector does not exist in a vacuum, the perception, the headlines, the delays and its poorly managed main source of liquidity from $MSOS does. $glas alone dropped the Nav of $msos because it refuses to talk to investors and dispel rumors. What’s 4% of the Nav down 75% come out to? Tom didn’t do that, but maybe people conflating that drop with a “someone knows something” take put pressure on everything. Without logs, proof, which api these are just a boogeyman that doesn’t exist meant to give a place for people to channel their frustration and lack of stop losses. For every moron that believes this nonsense there are 10 that are happy they got a @MarijuanaMoment headline in time knowing the ReTodds would panic sell.
You’ve confused knowing the acronym HFT with knowing what ur talking about. Matching headlines to a chart doesn’t reveal what bots “thought.” It’s creating a boogey man with no feed logs or execution records. It’s cherry-picked bullshit with a technical vocabulary. $msos
$MSOS anyone who wants to factually know what is influencing the ETF - I am going to start posting these. Tom pays thousands of dollars a month for this to get these to get out to the API to trigger the HFT bots. This is not speculative or assumption - this is actual recorded bot responses and you can check on it if you understand how. Tom controls the tape and he knows it. He has to pay for it and he has to submit and program the keywords.
1 — Marijuana Moment crossed the high-frequency data feeds on October 14, 2026, at 4:18 PM EDT, with the breaking report titled "DEA Judge Orders Agency To Address Marijuana Rescheduling Opponents’ Request For New Testimony And Document Discovery." The algorithmic and bot reaction was an aggressive, machine-driven selling spike. Automated Natural Language Processing engines instantly scraped high-weight legal terminology like "Judge Orders," "Discovery," and "Opponents," interpreting standard administrative housekeeping as a sign of an impending multi-month trial delay.
This text-parsing event immediately triggered programmatic block sell orders into the after-hours and thin regular-session books, hunting retail stop-losses.
2 — Marijuana Moment hit the system next on October 15, 2026, syndicated between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM EDT, through the platform's morning briefing titled "DEA ordered to reply to cannabis opponents’ push for more rescheduling testimony."
The programmatic reaction was a defensive, low-liquidity holding pattern. Algorithmic news crawlers picked up the re-transmission of the procedural stay through institutional policy briefings during the pre-market window.
This keyword repetition kept automated short-selling desks defensive, freezing the near-term overhead resistance boundaries while large-scale institutional buy-limit algorithms utilized the flat retail tape to quietly accumulate heavy share size off-exchange.
3 — Marijuana Moment published a consumer-utility data update that crossed the API networks on October 15, 2026, at 12:00 AM EDT, titled "Marijuana Is A Popular Tool For People Trying To Quit Smoking Cigarettes, Rivaling Prescription Nicotine Cessation Medications, Study Shows."
The bot reaction to this clinical data was minor, neutral-to-positive sentiment integration. While the academic study triggered incremental positive weighting within specialized healthcare and biotech consumer models, it was largely treated as background noise by high-frequency equity index bots due to the dominant algorithmic focus on the federal administrative courtroom docket.
4 — Marijuana Moment dropped its final notable text layer on the scraping systems on October 15, 2026, at 1:00 PM EDT, via an industry op-ed titled "Marijuana Businesses Fighting To Ban Hemp THC Products Are Being Short-Sighted."
The HFT bots filtered this piece out as baseline static noise. Because the text was flagged under secondary regulatory and state-level industry faction risks rather than a binding federal court order or legislative action, it generated zero immediate order-book execution or automated algorithmic trading volume.
@TheCrusaderDeux
Tom controls the tape though 🤣. "defensive holding pattern." "background noise." "zero volume." By your count, 3 of the 4 Marijuana Moment pieces moved nothing. And somehow proof Tom controls the tape? Headlines are the sector not Tom or anyone else up/down as above tweet says
Welcome to the Cannabis stock market MF’er lol. Chores? That cow ur milking is actually a bull & u don’t have DM’s unless it’s OF bots cuz u block everyone $msos
Companies can and will go below fair value. The market makes valuation by supply and demand. Yes it’s way oversold but the same way it never deserved to be $5 $8 $12 it can still drop to $2. But the Key point is fair value is sitting 20% higher with no bid in sight. Thats a comms problem.
@Stonebrigh48566 You don’t know what ur talking about. They can provide a shareholder update or give a pre earnings statement. They can say anything they want does not have to be material.
@JamesEBabcock Because the market is pricing in something negative that might not exist. I’ve seen hundreds of cannabis companies fail. CGC was a $55 stock tilray was 300 take away the splits & they are sub .50. Ur right they are in the NYSE and acting like an otc company.
Here u go $glas this is ur narrative ownership. I redacted some to make u work for it and specifically mgmt & governance here is another company for example & 7 others share of voice, but hard to read without context so assume away.
