@StevenGill2000 PLASMA Halflife is around 14 days. Effective drug levels persist for 30 days or longer! (WHO 1983).
NOTE: Halflife means only that 50% of the sh*t is out of the body. The other 50% after 2-3 months (in case of mefloquine).
Plenty of sources about that issue on PubMed.

After ages they told us always that "weekly administration do not lead to toxic accumulation of the drug" i think it`s time to learn the truth.

The animal Testings in the 70`s include tens of thousands of Dogs, Mice, Monkeys, etc. and later Tests on Humans were performed at Prisoners.
No accumulation at all after weeks of using MQ for prophylactic use once a week.
How comes then, that Penguins died from MQ-Toxicity ...

Da spart man gegenüber den 5€ Rezeptgebühr für 50Stk 800er einen Euro, wenn man die gleiche Menge an mg als 400er kauft.
Und lassen sich besser Einnehmen.
