@NicoNCW@fundmyfund@bodoxstocks Correct, the # of shares he needed to sell at $14 was much less than if the stock was at $9 to cover the tax bill. He’s long AF.
@tarboozkhor@wave3trades These shares are part of prior purchase. This was all public info cycling thru as they actually issue the shares, which goes on the dilution algo.
@Courage_wins That being said, it can run but we can’t kill it when it does. Many argue $15 was overvalued but the top was made when they did the raise. I will exit my entire position if they use the requested shares for another cash raise. Hard stop for me. We are primed.
@Courage_wins I feel strongly that stock has to significantly appreciate before he buys anything else. We are below raise levels of October and January, shares will go a lot further at $15-$18 than $9. It would be irresponsible to continue to issue shares at lows if the “plan is working”.
@john_doe1479 It took us years to rid of the convert overhang. How do we get out from the games this holder will play? Stock reacted like it should on earnings because they crushed it but that provided another opportunity for the investor to manipulate. How do we ever realize full potential?
@john_doe1479 Peter, honest question. For years we battle converts. They hedged to protect and converted on any rips while collecting coupons. Stock was held hostage. Now we have an investor with 200M warrants, using various instruments to hedge and manipulate the stock.
