The only person he needs to apologise to is the person themselves which I imagine he will do when returning the money. 👍

Not sure what else he can do but to be honest his biggest mistake was even attempting to apologise because a Twitter mob do not want nor will they accept an apology. A Twitter mob wants and needs to hate this guy.
