As Ross Dellenger reported on Yahoo, the NCAA demanded a postseason ban in negotiations. Thats why it went to a full COI hearing

The Corrupt COI’s own 74-page report admits:
“A postseason ban is required in this case.”
They acknowledged a multi-year ban was justified
But they went against their own written rules with a bogus interpretation of the NCAA Constitution — claiming it would “punish future players” not involved

They set a new precedent to shield this cheating program
Punishing future players is required for repeat offenders with Aggravated Level I violations. Period

Postseason bans happen in #CFB for far less. Outside of bribing the other team and officials, this is the highest level of cheating in sports. That’s why nobody outside Michigan respects or acknowledges this “championship.”

The report admits the true scope and competitive advantage will never be known because evidence was deliberately destroyed:
