@Matman050988 Personally see a lot more discussion around Silva, but yeah. Obviously easier to target a striker when they don’t put away a chance. Lost count of the number of times Semedo has let us down defensively. Yet to deliver much going forward either.

I’m surprised Wolves fans seem to be more fucked off about us spending £30-40m on Silva than a similar amount on a player who’s supposed to be the finished article in Semedo. Silva’s still got 9 years to see if he can prove himself as better value - I’m confident he will.

Had that game come at another point in the season, I’d have backed us all the way. So much weaker not having the options of Jonny, Podence and an in-form confident Jota. Tough one to stomach for sure.

Genuinely excited to see what we do in the transfer window if we can keep hold of Nuno and hopefully still be attractive to some big targets. Obviously a good chance we may lose one or two, but I think we can trust in Nuno and Fosun to bring us into next season stronger.
