On today's @WomenDroid meetup, we discussed about #feedback loops and had interesting role playing exercises between a senior engineer and a junior engineer and a team member and his/her manager and how would they each give/receive feedbacks in certain scenarios! 🤯

Things to keep in mind when giving feedbacks:

👉 Feedbacks should be about the situation, not about the person
👉 Set the context before sharing the feedback
👉 Talk less, listen more
👉 Ask unemotional and non-judgemental questions
👉 Use Radical Candor
