In January 2023, after +4 years of hard work, the #Women4IT initiative successfully concluded! 🙌
Over 900 young women received ICT training and career support, with more than 70% finding new jobs or continuing education in tech. 👩💻

As the @WomenForIT project is coming to an end, we celebrate each of the +900 young women who trusted us to turn their lives upside-down and kickstart their journeys towards ICT careers. 👏🏽

Our @WomenForIT project is officially ending and we couldn't be more proud of:
✅Training ➕ 900 women in IT skills
✅Achieving that 70% of them now work in the tech sector
✅Raising awareness on digital inclusion
How can we continue empowering women in the #digital field? ⤵️
📍 “Women in ICT: academic, business and European perspectives” was held on 30.11. We discussed:
✅ Women's position in the ICT field,
✅ European perspective of women's involvement in ICT
✅ The general situation of in universities
