What I wish I knew when I started in turf:
Never stay somewhere that doesn’t allow you to shine. The grass isn’t always greener, but it should at least let you grow.
Touched turf this week? That’s power.
Keep growing, even if it’s just one blade at a time.
What’s sprouting in your world this week? Share it with us.

Meet Alexandra — a shining example of female leadership in agronomy.
Alexandra drove 20 hours with her husband to volunteer for the @Zurich_Classic at @TPCLouisiana. They both work for @Allturf_Ltd, selling chemicals & fertilizer to golf courses in Ontario, Canada.
Alexandra first discovered her passion for agronomy while working at various golf courses during college. Though she loves her current role in sales, she says, "I sometimes miss working on the course, so volunteering for tournaments is how I get my fix. Cutting greens is my all-time favorite job. I get to be on the greens & get my steps in!"
In total, Alexandra has been in the industry for 13 years & she looks forward to continuing to make an impact.
"I wouldn't trade working in this industry for the world," she says. "Golf maintenance is a side that’s underrated. You get to be in the action & feel like you're doing something for the tournament & the golfers."
We are honored to have met Alexandra & wish her all the best in her future endeavors! ⛳️ #ZurichClassic #JohnDeereGolf

The roots are stronger together.
It’s not just about what we grow, it’s who grows with us.
Women in turf bring skill, grit, and grounded leadership from mower to maintenance. We’re not here to blend in. We’re here to break ground.
What keeps you rooted?
