FYI: As I have stated in my books and pod casts: “crashes are when the rich get richer.” The 2008 GFC…. Giant Financial Crisis made me an extremely rich man. In 2008, the best real estate went on sale, all over the world….and some of you know my favorite four-letter word is “Sale.”

Although I do not need to get richer…. I have a tough time passing up a “SALE.”

Don’t be a loser and panic during this crash. Please use this giant crash…. A giant sale…. TO GET RICHER….while losers get poorer.
