@ewangibbs @philbc3 Due to brexit plus the end of a long political cycle feeling, it all just adds up. What is worrying id how în the last 4 years the Overton window has shifted so far to the right that now Labour with Starmer, reeves, streeting etc are basically centre right on most issues

@ewangibbs @philbc3 Agree with everything you said and there is also an element final stages of thatcherite neoliberalism taking its toll. Privatisation of rail, water (england), lack of any meaningful infrastructure being built, devolved regions getting left out. Top austerity and a 4% yearly GDP
