I feel like requesting an ID should be mandatory and it would impede the voting less than gerrymandering or mandatory voter registrations while securing election results.

@amsdar1970 @nielsbrinch @elonmusk Same in czechia. You get ballots in the mail, or you can get them at the voting boot. You vote at boot that is designed for your address, they will cross your name from the list when you show ID to know you already voted.

@meme12555 @ceskedrahy_ @PIDoficialni Nevšiml jsem si odpovědi. Ale šlo mi o to, že jsem zrovna ten den chtěl jet vlakem a říkal jsem si jaká to je výhra že nebudu stát v autě na d1. Vlak měl 3 hodiny zpoždění coz se moc nehodí, když člověk jede na schůzku.

@DefiantLs In Czech Republic you don't need voter ID. If you vote in your place of residency you only need any form of ID to vote. (national ID, or passport). You don't register to vote. You just show up, they check your ID and cross your name off the list.
