@wyrdmaze@instinct As far as I’m concerned, Delta Air Lines is an airline company, where they fly airplanes to transport passengers and goods, not AI tokens
There is no evidence that Delta pivoted to become an AI assistant. Therefore they aren’t the first “Apple-approved third party AI”
Instinct is working with Apple to integrate its Messages for Business platform
If launched, @Instinct would become the second third-party AI officially approved by Apple for the platform, following Interaction’s Poke (acq’ed by Cognition) in June 2026
@DavidClinchNews It will surely be acquired, but it could be by other companies
Instinct’s cloud-centric philosophy seems to be the opposite of Apple’s local/privacy-first approach
Instinct on the Action Button
You can now make Instinct your iPhone’s Action Button. Press and hold, say what you need, and Instinct will take it from there, without you needing to leave the app you’re on.
To set it up:
1. Go to https://t.co/mkmhtYazuT and tap Add Shortcut
2. Go to Settings → Action Button → Shortcut → Instinct.
This is available to all Instinct users on an iPhone 15 Pro and newer.
I, for one, am glad I snagged a rent-controlled apartment in a nice SF neighborhood before the AI boom
No hacker house for me. You can pry my lease from my cold, dead hands
