Instinct should now be slightly more than 2X faster! In addition, the long-tail latency that caused complex tasks to extend for several minutes should have been dramatically reduced. It should feel snappy again. This is an experience we are working very hard to protect as we’re rapidly scaling our user base. Let me know if this is not true for your experience with Instinct.

Instinct users who make purchases spend over $1300/month on average through Instinct. Using Instinct to make high value purchases is a sign of trust that we deeply value.

We’re partnering with Stripe to deliver a more seamless payment experience. Instinct has enabled use cases that involve payments including:
- Planning and booking international trips
- Ordering weekly groceries and household essentials
- Booking yoga classes, ski tuning sessions, doctor’s appointments, car part repairs, and more
- Getting you the best price for anything you’re looking for

Starting today, users with Link wallets will now have a more seamless payment experience. When Instinct wants to make a purchase, it requests a one-time-use card from Link that is authorized for the respective amount.

Link enables Instinct to pay on your behalf without exposing your raw payment details to the underlying merchant. You can explicitly review and approve the amount Instinct can spend, and it’s funded using eligible payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank accounts that are saved in your Link wallet.
