Katayi Chibesa v Kalobo Pavyuma and Anor (2026/HP/EP/037) (22 September 2026)
Election Petition Rules - Failure to file mandatory accompanying documents renders an election petition incompetent and robs the court of jurisdiction to hear and determine the petition.
Life has been weird lately. It feels like a mixture of blessings, lessons, and confusion all at once. Some days I'm grateful. Some days I'm tired. Some days I'm just trying to make sense of it all. But no matter how draining it gets, I still show up. I still move with faith. I still trust that everything is coming together for me, even when it doesn't look like it yet. I've learned not to question the timing. I've learned to grow through what I don't understand. And I don't know who needs to hear this, but don't give up. Keep going.
When things are going well for you, be careful not to judge those who are still struggling. Your success is not always proof that you worked harder than everyone else. Sometimes life simply opened a door for you that remained closed for others.
If we are being patriotic and honest, this is rubbish !
It is a serious issue that needs to be addressed the soonest.
There’s nothing to laugh about here.
You go to parliament and you start doing what the President wants instead of the electorates.
Here we are today. 🤣
I hope the president has voted for them.
I used to think letting go meant failure.
Then I realised: friendships end, old hobbies die, relationships shift, jobs stop fitting. It’s all part of growing.
If it no longer makes sense, it no longer belongs.
Release it. Keep going. Better things are ahead.
Happy New Week!!!
This week, remember that being helpful is a superpower.
It builds trust, opens doors, and brings the right people into your life.
The more value you give, the more value life gives back.
Kindness isn’t weakness, it’s strategy.
Happy new week!!! May we win 🕯️🕯️🕯️
See the beauty in every circumstance.
Even the hard moments hold hidden gifts, strength, growth, and clarity.
You’re not just going through it, you’re growing through it.
Happy new week. May we win 🕯️🕯️🕯️
