@HP So much for 5-6 business days that I paid extra for! Both RAM cards that came with the Notebook failed within a month of each other. Obviously a bad batch of RAM. The fact that they would charge $400 to replace some RAM is absurd. Never buying HP again.

My @HP laptop wouldn't boot, sent it in for repair (paid extra for expedited service), got NO word on any delays until AFTER it was supposed to be back to me only for them to tell me 1 week later they would be charging me $400 for repair despite it being under warranty. Criminal!

@HP Oh and they lied about water damage. When I called them out on it, they switched their story to "damage on the casing." I told them I didn't want to purchase the repair service and they held my laptop for another 4 days trying to shake money out of me before sending it back.
