WV Governor Jim Justice has declared a state of emergency for all 55 counties in West Virginia.

This declaration comes in advance of the potential flooding from the remnants of hurricane Ida

FEMA and FCC Plan Nationwide Emergency Alert Test for August 11th. Test messages will be sent to TVs and radios, along with select cell phones that have opted-in to receive test messages.
The national test will begin at 2:20 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Aug. 11.

Customers are advised to boil water for one minute and let cool before use.
