@Worldpay demanding over £300 from me to close my account despite my loyalty to you is not acceptable. Details sent to you

[Woodbrooke Retreat @WoodbrookeRetrt]

Since when did it become legal to automatically renew contract without correspondence @Worldpay disgraceful and disgusting behaviour

[Woodbrooke Retreat @WoodbrookeRetrt]

@btbusinesscare because I must have time to be on the phone to you for hours while back to back with clients!

[Woodbrooke Retreat @WoodbrookeRetrt]

@btbusinesscare yes on the phone for well over an hour to eventually be told you have cut me off in error despite me asking if that was case

[Woodbrooke Retreat @WoodbrookeRetrt]

@BTCare @btbusinesscare I have been without internet now for 4 hours! No diary no till no computer system. It's a joke!!!!!!!!

[Woodbrooke Retreat @WoodbrookeRetrt]

@BarclaysUKHelp amend a future dated payment due next week. They eventually realised it could be done after 35 minutes i was kept on phone

[Woodbrooke Retreat @WoodbrookeRetrt]

@BarclaysUKHelp the app tells you in black and white to phone and do it, yet your call centre operatives said it can't be done. Ridiculous

[Woodbrooke Retreat @WoodbrookeRetrt]

@BarclaysUKHelp spent 35 mins on the phone being told I couldn't do something on my biz account that your banking app told me I HAD to do!

[Woodbrooke Retreat @WoodbrookeRetrt]

The most appalling service from @BarclaysUK business banking today. What a waste of my time due to their lack of knowledge
