Five Year 3 and 4 children represented the school at a Tag Rugby tournament at Birkenhead rugby club. They played against teams of 6, most teams had subsitutes too, but they persevered, showed great team spirit and they eventually went on to win the tournament. Well played boys!

All the parents of the Year 6 pupils going to @SouthWirral this year. If anyone is considering this, do it! My lad attended last year. He really enjoyed it. The activities were great. He got the feel of the school whilst it was quiet and he made mates he's still pals with now.

This year we will be running our highly successful Summer school again from Thursday 25th July – Wednesday 31st July for our new year 7 pupils joining in September 2019.

We are always on the look out for new PTA members. Our next meeting will be at the Royal Oak in Bromborough on 22nd January at 6pm. We will be reviewing the Christmas Shop, what worked and what didn't. Planning the spring disco and looking towards other events planned in 2019.

A belated Happy New Year! I'm happy to announce that our Elfridges Christmas Shop raised a whopping £1,021.56. It's was a great way to end the year. Thank you to all the people who contributed and helped support the event. A big shout out to our volunteers who made it possible!

Wow! What a great day we had in our Elfridges Christmas Shop! We hope your children bought home some great gifts. Shout out to all the parent volunteers who were our shopkeepers. Thanks for supporting the PTA so generously this year. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
