Native American History Month: •Princess Nokia is an American rapper and artist, also known as Destiny Nicole Frasqueri. They are afro-Indigenous, and has Taíno roots. She identifies as bisexual and gender non-conforming, and they are active in queer movements for liberation.

Native American History Month: Joy Harjo is a poet, playwright, musician, and speaker. She is the incumbent U.S. Poet Laureate in U.S. history and is the first Native American to hold that honor. A member of the Muscogee Nation belonging to the Hickory Ground community.

Celebrating Native American History Month with Susan Allen. The first openly lesbian Native American to win a state legislature race. She serves in the Minnesota Legislature after assuming office in the House of Representatives. She was elected in 2011.
