@oldmandash @hackneywick Spread ingredients onto puff pastry, then roll it up quite tightly like a sausage. Put in freezer for 10 mins so it’s easier to cut. Cut into pieces around 1-2cm thick. Place on a baking tray on baking paper and brush with milk or an egg wash. Gas mark 4/5 for around 15/20mins.
