Viral juga cerita ini. Cuma maaf, aku agak skeptikal.

Senang cakap, teknologi di mana scammer boleh sedut duit dari akaun bank hanya dengan buat ‘panggilan senyap’ adalah tidak wujud (setidaknya buat masa ni).

Atas dasar berbaik sangka, aku rasa ada dua insiden yang berlaku serentak secara kebetulan.

Insiden 1: Akaun mangsa memang dah compromised. Banyak cara, tapi aku saspek ia melibatkan phishing link atau malware yang pernah berlaku tapi tak disedari mangsa.

Insiden 2: Akaun dah compromised tetiba ada scammer lain call + buat panggilan senyap. Tak lama lepas tu, scammer dalam Insiden 1 mula sedut duit + mangsa ingat ia disebabkan panggilan senyap ini.

Nasihat aku:

1. Jangan langsung klik link kat email, website, posting socmed + text messages melainkan benar benar pasti ia dari orang dikenali.
2. Dengan segera activate ‘kill switch’ akaun bank. Dalam app bank ada option ini.
3. Kalau rasa dah kena scam, dengan segera telefon National Scam Response Centre (NSRC). Kalau report cepat, ada kemungkinan duit boleh dapat balik.
4. Lepas dah buat (2) dan (3), seeloknya report pada PDRM + MCMC. Report as in pergi balai + melalui portal MCMC. Bukan setakat post kat socmed kemudian tag PDRM + MCMC.

“Hello everyone, I’m Donghae.

First of all, I’d like to sincerely apologize to everyone.

Today was the second day of my first solo concert here in Hong Kong. At the beginning of the show, I promised everyone that I would make sure you had a fun and happy time. But I wasn’t able to keep that promise, and I’m truly sorry.

I put my heart into preparing this album and this concert. I originally hoped to use this concert to repay all of you for the love and support you’ve always given me. But because of my physical condition, I wasn’t able to perform as well as I wanted. I’m deeply sorry and feel very ashamed.

Even though everyone kept telling me, “It’s okay,” I believe this injury happened because I didn’t take good enough care of my own body. So I’m also very upset with myself.

I’m sorry for making everyone worry, and for making you cry. I’m truly, truly sorry.

I know it wasn’t easy for all of you to come to the concert. You spent your precious time to be here with me, yet I ended up disappointing you. That breaks my heart.

After I return to Korea, I will receive treatment right away and focus on recovering properly. Next time, I promise I’ll come back to see you in my healthiest condition.

When we meet again, I promise I’ll only bring you happiness and joyful memories.
