@liamomeallain Good luck and be careful - I was nearly scammed when I approached @AerLingus for a refund last year. There are some scarey bots attached to their system that they don’t seem to be able to control 😂😂

@AerLingus when can I expect a refund for my nyc flights? I sent my 1st request on 4/2/25 have waited literally hours on your phone lines, averted a scam artist hiding as an aerlingus review rep. Seriously poor customer service. Headed to Joe Duffy next !

@AerLingus You need to sort this out - I received a reply to my tweet from aerlingus customer review team - he appeared completely legitimate. I nearly gave all my details but luckily saw sense. I am appalled that this is happening aer lingus sort it out

@AerLingus If Aer Lingus owes you a refund get ready to wait an intolerable long time. My flight was July 24, i was told i was due a refund of Euros 1250 in August. You should see the number of texts, letter, and phone calls i have made. Absolutely ridiculous. Erin is worthless

@AerLingus I have now been waiting for 1 hr 30 mins to speak to your very busy agents!!Not to mention the 3 emails requesting a refund nor 3 previous calls when I have given up after 30 mins waits - my flight is on 22/4 and I have been trying to cancel it since 6/2 - come on

@AskAIB I am in Thailand and on the hotel wifi and I cannot check my balance on your app. It will not authenticate my log in. Why is this happening pls? Also I want to add my cards back into my Apple Pay and it won’t let me do that either. Not impressed by aib abroad. Pls help.

@SimonHarrisTD I am reeling with irritation - on National Slowdown day you fly past me on the way to Kilkenny. I was doing 120kph (speed limit) so what must your drivers have been doing?! Tell your drivers to slow down and lead by example 😫😡

@rtenews And no joke I was driving at 120kpm (speed limit) yesterday on the M9 and was passed out by @SimonHarrisTD heading to Kilkenny - 2 cars - a 7 series BMW and an Audi doing 150kpm I guess - leading by example I’d say 😂😠🤬
