Welcome.๐๏ธ๐
Here you'll find the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita - Real, raw, timeless wisdom - for the overthinker, the heartbroken, the anxious, and the lost
"Why do you mourn, Arjuna?", said Shri Krishna๐ซ
"What is born must die.
And what dies shall be born again.
This cycle of birth and death is eternal.
Before birth, we are unseen.
After death, we return to the unseen.
Only in between do we appear - for a moment."
- BG 2.26-30๐บ
The body dies, but the soul doesn't.
It was never born and will never die.
It can't be killed, cut, or destroyed.
Those who think the soul kills or gets killed - don't truly understand.
The soul is eternal. Unchanging. Invisible.

What Shri Krishna said about human emotions in Bhagavad Gita๐:
"The contacts of the senses with the objects give rise to the feelings of pain and pleasure. These are temporary. Therefore learn to endure them.
One who remains calm and steady in both becomes fit for immortality."
"There was never a time, you or I did not exist, Arjuna. Nor shall we ever cease to be. Just as the body changes from childhood to old age, the soul passes into another body. The wise are not deluded by this."
- Shri Krishna to Arjuna, when he was broken by grief.
Bhagavad Gita๐ฟ
Arjuna, with tearful eyes and a heart full of despair, turned to Krishna. Smiling amidst the chaos, Krishna said:
"You grieve for those not worthy of grief, Arjuna. Yet you speak words of wisdom. The wise mourn neither the living nor the dead."
Bhagavad Gita 2.11๐ฟ
