I am genuinely confused and honestly shocked. I bought an iPhone 16 Pro Max a long time ago. I personally opened the carton myself. Brand new. No second thoughts. I used the phone normally for over a year.

Recently, I decided to sell it, only for me to be told that the screen has been changed.

I have never changed the screen. Not once.

So now I’m left confused what exactly happened? Does this mean the phone was sold to me with a changed screen and sealed again? Or is there something else I don’t understand? Because from day one till now, I have never repaired or replaced anything on this phone.

If anyone truly understands how this works, please explain it to me, because this situation doesn’t make sense to me at all.

Edit: took it to four people and they said the screen has been changed . Nawa ooo
