15 working days for a refund isn’t acceptable. Dirty and unhygienic accommodation, also no WiFi as advertised and I have to pay for other accommodation while you ‘hold onto’ my money 😡 sad that this is apparently ‘business’. Will stick to @TripAdvisor I think 🤔
