Enlightened solutions is a 501(c)(3) think tank that advances equity and opportunity by uplifting the voices and experiences of black women and girls in Northeast Ohio. They conduct research, develop change management strategies, and help marginalized people make informed choices within systems. Through initiatives like project noir and their advocacy for the crown act, they are shaping a vision for Cleveland's economic and social vitality leading into 2026 and beyond. Leading this impact work are cofounders, Bethany Studenic and Chinenye Nkemere.
