Over the weekend, I came across a book I read a couple of years back, High Growth Handbook by @eladgil . 5 of the 9 chapters have some aspect of people, from the role of the CEO, recruiting, hiring, and managing talent, hiring an executive team, to even managing boards. At @Workpayhq, we are not at 10,000 people yet 🙂 , but I have still learned a lot about company building from this book.

What you are building is as important as whom you are building it with.

If you are building a high-growth company, I'd recommend this book. You will especially enjoy the interviews section in every chapter. This is my re-read for the week.
