We were proud to help lead the fight to end automatic payroll deductions for teachers in Tennessee. Teachers have more control over their paychecks. Union members now pay their dues directly just like a Netflix, Costco or gym membership.

SB 312:
- Ensures public employees receive annual notification of their right to join & pay a union, or not, as a condition of employment
- May cease paying union dues immediately
- Stops automatic payroll deduction for dues
- Employees maintain control over paycheck
