Today I talked at #Eurocrim2024 about the recurrent study "Corruption Reported to the Police in Finland". The registry data covers 4 periods from 2007 to 2023. Rounds 1-3 are completed, 4th is ongoing (2019-2023).

Thought-provoking morning at our @WorkingEsc pre-conference day @esc_eurocrim on the politics of the police. Discussing a shift needed to focus on emotions/feelings since political decision making and public beliefs may not always be evidence-based but inform practice and policy.
