The Working Funnel: the custom, end-to-end marketing answer for local businesses. SEO, 3-Pack, Google Ads/FB retargeting-let's get it all done, correctly. Tap⬇
I built a zero-person AI newsletter business that did $2,000+ in revenue last month.
No team. No payroll. No freelancers.
Just 4 AI agents running the entire operation (and I spend less than 4 hours a week on it).
Here's how the system works:
→ A CEO agent sets the vision and orchestrates every hire
→ A Growth Engineer scrapes local news, Reddit, and event venues into a daily JSON database
→ A Content Director reads that database, curates the best events, and writes every Thursday newsletter in my voice
→ A Sales Director fields every ad lead, generates ad creative with nano banana, and closes deals over email
→ All orchestrated through Paperclip AI & powered by Claude Code
Spokane Pulse (my local newsletter) now has 6,662 subscribers and a 47.5% open rate, almost double the industry average.
Local newsletters are quietly printing money. Naptown Scoop does $320K/year. Wichita Life clears six figures. The model is wide open in almost every city, especially when building it in an AI-native way.
If you want the full blueprint and step-by-step walkthrough video, Like, RT, and comment "PULSE" (must be following so I can dm you)
I'll send you the exact Paperclip AI company export I use to run Spokane Pulse. You can clone it, swap in your city, and ship.
this OpenClaw bot finds warehouses with old roofs, renders solar panels on their actual building, and books the owner a call, all on autopilot...
here's how commercial roofers can close $2M+ deals before the solar tax break ends:
- scans thousands of commercial roofs via satellite
- scores each building by roof age & urgency
- pulls exact panel count from Google Solar API
- finds the real owner (not the property manager)
- calculates their federal credit to the dollar
- renders a video of panels materializing on their roof
- ships a personalized proposal
- fully automated end to end
every day that passes is money off the table.
reply "ROOF" + RT and i'll send you the full breakdown so you can build this too (must be following so i can DM)
i'm mass-releasing everything.
the complete automation playbook i use to run a $600K/month agency:
→ 47 n8n workflows agencies charge $5K-$15K each for
→ the one-sentence prompts that build any of them in under 3 minutes
→ my "consultant pricing" spreadsheet (what they charge vs what it costs)
→ 12 plug-and-play templates for the automations every business needs
→ the exact Claude prompts i use to debug workflows instantly
here's what's in it:
LEAD GEN (agencies charge $18K+ total):
- lead enrichment + scoring pipeline
- competitor monitoring system
- social listening engine
- cold outreach sequencer
OPERATIONS (agencies charge $24K+ total):
- client onboarding automations
- invoice recovery system
- meeting no-show rescuer
- daily CEO dashboard
CONTENT (agencies charge $15K+ total):
- blog-to-social repurposer
- AI content calendar builder
- review response drafter
- newsletter automation
every workflow is described in plain english.
paste into Synta → deploys to n8n → running in minutes.

taking this down friday. this should be a $997 product.
I built an AI marketing agent to run my $100K media company.
After 4 months of prompting, tooling, and integrations, I built this agent that effectively replaced my content team.
Here’s how it works under the hood:
→ Scrapes Reddit, Hacker News, X, and Google News
→ Publishes a Morning Brew–style daily AI newsletter (10k daily readers)
→ Repurposes that content into:
• viral Twitter threads (like this one)
• short-form videos for TikTok & Instagram
• Reddit posts
• high-engagement LinkedIn updates
→ Produces content that’s driven millions of impressions
→ Generates custom, brand-aligned images for every unique asset
All automated.
The entire system runs through Jarvis-like voice commands, powered by ElevenLabs + n8n (see video below, I literally trained it on Jarvis from Iron Man).
No manual content creation.
No team to manage.
Runs while I sleep.
I'm no longer focusing on this business, so I'm giving all this away for free. If you want the complete system, prompting, n8n templates, & setup walkthrough:

the most unfair digital product playbook i've ever seen:
guy found 10 product categories where thousands of people already print $10k-$800k monthly.
pulled transaction data from 100,000+ real sellers.
then he stopped trying to be original and just started stealing.
picked the dumbest one. launched in 6 days.
previosuly with all his creativity made $340 in 8 months
by following proven data generated $18,400 first month.
just copied homework from people already selling in demand products.
the method is almost offensive:
- scraped $6B in real sales data
- found categories with 1,000+ sellers past 6-fig/yr
- ignored anything requiring talent or ideas
- cloned the exact format. exact price. exact funnel.
one category: paid newsletters. $50M+ annually for a single person.
another: mini ebooks. 1,000+ sellers each clearing 6-fig/yr.
meanwhile "creative" people are still workshopping their unique angle.
this guy just looked at what already prints and optimized with ai
originality is a luxury for people who can afford to stay broke.
wrote up the full 10-product breakdown. exact categories. price points. tools. how to launch each one in under 7 days.

I've spent 2 years testing what actually works on X so you don't have to
here's what I learned burning thousands of hours:
**what I thought mattered but doesn't:**
- posting at the "perfect" time (consistency beats timing every time)
- having a blue checkmark (some of my best performing accounts don't have one)
- fancy graphics and carousels (plain text tweets outperform them for me)
- posting 10x a day (5 quality posts beats 10 mid ones)
- being nice to everyone (having enemies means you stand for something)
**what I thought didn't matter but absolutely does:**
- your bio (I've seen 40% increases in follow rate from bio changes alone)
- your pinned tweet (this is free real estate most people waste)
- replying to your own tweets in the first 30 mins (tricks the algorithm into pushing it)
- the first 3 words of your hook (people decide to read or scroll in under a second)
- screenshots over stock images (real proof beats polished graphics every time)
**what nobody told me:**
- your first 50 tweets will flop and that's normal
- going viral once means nothing if your profile doesn't convert
- the best performing tweets often feel too simple when you write them
- people buy from people they feel like they know, not people who seem perfect
- one good tweet can change your entire trajectory overnight
**what I do differently now:**
- write 10 hooks before picking one (the first idea is rarely the best)
- screenshot everything (every win becomes future content)
- reply to bigger accounts before posting my own stuff (warms up the algorithm)
- save every question I get asked (that's my content calendar)
- treat my pinned tweet like a landing page (it's working 24/7)
**the results from figuring this out:**
- went from mass nobody to 1.5M+ impressions in weeks
- built multiple accounts that print while I sleep
- made $600K+ before turning 19
- helped clients go from dead accounts to millions of impressions
took me 2 years of trial and error. you can shortcut it.
I put together a free guide with everything:
- the hook formulas that stop the scroll
- the profile setup that converts visitors
- the content frameworks I use daily
- the mistakes that are killing your reach
- the daily routine that drives results

$160k+ a month driven by a single AI theme page to an ecom store
nothing here looks like an ad
it looks like news, interviews, real stories people already stop to watch
the page posts simple viral formats on repeat
AI rewrites hooks, captions, and angles every time
the product is placed where curiosity is already maxed
traffic comes in warm
the store just captures demand
this is how brands turn content pages into distribution engines instead of paying agencies forever
i put together a short breakdown of the exact setup behind this
rt + comment “page” and i’ll send it
