Which workout did you do today? I did a 30 min Eleni cardio, a Pam Reif Abs, a 10 min hoop workout and a 15 min Pam Reif thighs. The cardio was high intensity today. I added hand weights and switched any mat exercises to standing alternatives to keep the cardio factor higher.
Which workout did you do today? I started with the latest MadFit dance workout, then a 12 min hoop workout, Pam Reif 15 mins six pack abs, Eleni Fit 10 min Power Walk and Pam Reif booty activation with band. A fun mish mash.

I am really enjoying the Barre Body workouts. I added a loop to it because they are not overly tough, but I like the sequences. Definitely effective!

Which workout did you do today? I did 2 x Eleni Fit 35 min workouts. The first was a cardio sculpt with weights and the second a standing Pilates. I added a figure eight loop to the Pilates workout to increase the burn.
