The aims of the Music Festival are educational, providing a platform from which performers can appreciate the value and enjoyment to be gained from performance.

The 2026 festival will be held on Sat 7th, Sun 8th, Fri 13th, Sat 14th and Sun 15th March 2026 with the Celebration of Music Concert being held on Wed 29th Apr at 7pm. There are a variety of classes, which can be entered via the website: https://t.co/OiReea6BB2 All Welcome.

It has been School’s Day today at the Festival. So wonderful to hear the variety of music that happens in our Schools. You have entertained us all day. A big thank you to your teachers for all their hard work and encouragement too.

We loved participating in the @WorksopMDF Prize Winners' Concert on Wednesday. A wonderful mix of schools, ages and musical genres. We are so happy to have been part of this celebration. @maestrostefano Rhys was so proud of this shield for exceptional commitment to Mount music.
