Today our Nursing Associate Diane and Community Staff Nurse Courteney stopped to help a member of the public who had become unwell in his car. They contacted his family and ambulance providing reassurance.

Today we are celebrating Diane's 20 years of service to the NHS. What an achievement. Diane is our Nursing Associate and provides a smile to everyone.

Today our team stood outside our office to pay respects to a patient who we visited for several years as her funeral procession passed by on her final journey.
Goodbyes are always difficult for our team as we build relationships with our patients and their families.
Thank you to our Community Nurse Daryl for this lovely treat for our Christmas Fuddle. We have also shared our Secret Santa gifts today.
