@rkumar021219@useworldapp Hi! That message means an action was paused after our system spotted unusual activity, to keep your account safe. Tap "Contact support" on that screen to reach our in-app team, they can securely verify and review your account directly and get you sorted.
@irreversible24@irreversible24 Common cause: the app only finds the backup tied to the exact Google account that created it. Make sure you're signed in with that same account, not another one, then try locating it again. Still stuck after that? Reply and we'll dig in.
