On my way home from a fun weekend in Denmark! Naihanchi & Saifa: bunkai, pad-drills & live drills. It’s of vital importance to take kata methods into sparring. It’s typically a poor understanding of kata that leaves people confused about kata and kumite are supposed to be linked.
