When the feeding our future Somali fraud was first busted in Minnesota they caught fraudsters writing out checks in full for luxury cars. Those cars were later classified as delivery vehicles for their food businesses that weren't real to make them tax deductible.

My guess is every Immigrant group is doing this if Somalis are.
