If we want ART NFT’s to retain long term viability then at some point we are going to have to get buy-in and acceptance from the traditional art community. One way I believe we can do that is to focus on what that community wants –

Not “watch the market.”
Not “wait for rates.”
Not “revisit this in the spring.”

Execution.

Every year I talk to people who almost bought, almost sold, or almost invested and then spent another year standing still while prices, rents, and opportunities moved without them.

The uncomfortable truth:
Real estate rewards decisiveness more than perfection.

Whether your goal this year is to:
• Buy a home that actually fits your life now
• Sell a property you’ve physically or emotionally outgrown
• Trade up, downsize, or relocate
• Or finally use real estate as a long-term wealth building tool

The biggest risk isn’t making the wrong move.
It’s letting indecision make the choice for you.

Markets don’t send invitations.

“Perfect timing” doesn’t announce itself.

And clarity doesn’t come from scrolling listings at midnight.

It comes from asking better questions:
What do I own?
What do I want next?
What am I optimizing for - lifestyle, flexibility, cash flow, or leverage?

2026 doesn’t need to be dramatic.

It needs to be intentional.

If real estate is part of your plan this year, start acting like it.

@piovincenzo_ In the sense that if Yuga fails, NFT's as collectibles fail, yes. The technology of NFT's will be around regardless as it will be applied to many real world solutions, but "digital collectibles" could potentially die out, which is the only way I see Yuga failing at this point.
