Meanwhile my package was delivered to the wrong house (picture proof from UPS). Then @WellsFargo gonna kick back my claim because FN provided a tracking number stating it was delivered. TO THE WRONG FUCKING HOUSE. What recourse do consumers have with this bullshit?!

@FashionNova is utter trash. UPS told me directly that my investigation is closed, but you won't do anything until they actually update the tracking number. UPS won't update anything unless FN reaches out and FN won't reach out unless the tracking number is updated.
